AVRYX AI provides immediate digital access to premium AI models. Because compute is consumed the moment you generate, refund eligibility is limited to the cases below.
2. 7-day refund window
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription, provided you have used less than 20% of your monthly credit quota.
3. Launch offer
The ₹2,499 launch offer is a first-month promotional rate and is non-refundable once any generation has been made. You may cancel anytime to prevent the next renewal.
4. How to request
Email support@avryx.ai with your order ID. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future billing — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
